John joined the practice in 1982, becoming a partner in 1986. He has broad experience of building surveying and is currently involved in project management and contract administration. John oversaw the introduction of our "AutoCAD" computer aided design and drafting facility. He specialises in residential new build and conversion projects for our developer clients and has gained considerable expertise in town planning applications and appeals.

John is our Consultant Architect with a doctorate in town planning. His town planning experience includes being the former Head of the Central Area Team at the Greater London Council and Head of Urban Design at the London Borough of Lambeth. John also served the Department of the Environment as a Senior Planning Inspector. He specialises in urban development and building conservation. John is an author and lecturer on urban design issues and planning for security. He has consultancy experience throughout Europe, as well as in Russia and China.

Terry is a Consultant Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years of practical experience in surveying, both in the public and private sectors. He concentrates on producing building survey reports for residential property of all types. Terry is also a party wall surveyor and has considerable experience as an expert witness in building litigation.

Kevin is a Consultant Chartered Project Management Surveyor with extensive experience both as a Chartered Building Surveyor and as a Structural Engineer. He was formerly Head of Building Surveying for Ladbroke Group Properties and one time Senior Project Manager for Prudential Portfolio Managers. He has worked extensively in Europe and Australia. Recently, Kevin has renovated several period Central London houses in conservation areas.
