John Collins Associates is an independent partnership of Chartered Surveyors providing a personal service to our clients. We provide surveys and valuations, structural engineer reports, as well as building surveying, architecture, town planning and property development and investment services.
Our aim is client satisfaction by offering a service tailored to clients' needs, undertaken promptly, efficiently and cost effectively.
JCA is based in the Thornton Heath area of Croydon and serves South London, Surrey, Kent and surrounding geographical areas.
We act for a variety of clients from individual home owner to developer and from private and public companies to Local Authorities.
